    Credit charges
    I am an old goat who wonders who will be liable for my credit charges should I die.
    I am divorced for ten years, have four grown children not living at home.
    Mine is the only name on the credit cards.

    You are, do you think just dying is going to get your out of it.

    But if there is any money left in your estate, they may place a claim agaist it.
