    Full Custody
    Hello:

I'm a new user here. I'm a single mother of an 11 year old boy. I've been divorced for almost 10 years. My son's father re-married 4 yrs. Ago. That's when the problem arise. His new wife just like to meddle in our issues with our son. She has a kid from the previous relationship. When he first met him, he hasn't paid me child support for almost 6 months, now it's happening again.

I already filed the paper in court for the back child support, but haven't heard anything. We have joint custody. Ever since he remarried, I feel like I'm forcing my son to him... spending quality time w/him, having good communication, etc..

Since his wife is now in the picture, everything is complicated. It's a real challenge, even things that she shouldn't be involve in, she would butt in. Four months ago, he lost his job, had a new baby with her. He just now got a job but haven't receive any support, plus, he now gets off at 8 pm, meaning, I am now going to pick up my son at my sisters house even on his turns.

My question is... do I have a chance of winning full custody for the grounds of him being irresponsible, issue w/ his wife, plus all the added responsibilities because of his new job?

I truly appreciate your response. I need help..

Why do you want to change the custody. Does you husband no longer want to see his son, or is it that everybody has to adjust to his work schedule. Does your son regularly see his father?

What is your ex's new wife like with your son. Is he generally happy, and well cared for?

Sorry, I know I'm missing something here, but I don't know what.
