    Unknown signature on canvas
    Hi , I have what looks like an oriental beach painting not watercolor around 15 years old with what looks like ( sron or srom ) in the bottom left of the canvas?

    I have tried to find the artist but with no luck , any ideas?

    Honestly, there isn't close to enough information here to even begin to guess anything about the artist or the painting.

    Would you care to post a picture of the painting? What is the name of the artist? How did you acquire this painting? Do you remember the approximate purchase price? Are there any other identifiable markings, perhaps behind the painting? How do you know the painting is 15 years old? Is the painting in its original frame, and is the frame special in some way?

    yes its in original frame , I'm guessing its 15yrs old as my mother bought it around then but unaware of its value at that time . It has no markings on the back , will post a few pics for you . Hope that helps , many thanks
