Get married, and have your new husband want to adopt, then he can sign over on his rights.

What is the child custody order in place now, Do you already have full physcial and legal custody awarded by the court.

Does he have court ordered visits ?

Is there court ordered child support, and is he paying, if not, have you turned it over to child support enforcement, or taken him back to court
