    Furnace or thermostat ?
Equipment: Central heating and Honeywell thermostat.
Set up: Evening: 55F; Day: 70F.
Problem: The furnace always stops at temp. 63F. Changing temp. does not help. But turn off, then turn on power, the furnace will work again and work very well.
What's wrong? Furnace or thermostat? What can I do?
    Thanks
