Partner Ripped me off even though I was the director of the company
My partner ran an oilfield services company, and he was in trouble, so I decided to buy him out and run the company.
I took the company from 60,000 in the hole to making 2 million a year. Through a series of different events, such as abuse I decided I wanted to get my 1/2 and get out.

Long story short, my partner, took all the company equipment, money, and has disappeared. As well he stole my 5th wheel and skidoo.

He further left me with a bunch of overdue bills, etc. THe result is I have no money to afford a lawyer to fight, I have the papers filed, but now I owe more to my lawyer yet she did nothing more.

I am at my wits end, and wish that the world was fair. I just want to know if there is anyone that can tell me what to do. I have a mortgage with extra room to borrow, but because of my credit now-he ruined it by stealing everything-it is hard to get a loan. HHEHEeeeeeeeeeeeeellllllllllllllllllllllpppppppppp ppppp,
