    I have a felony and am bipolar
    I want to know if there is any way I can clear my felony charge because I got misunderstood in court and my public def. scrutinized the reason I got charged, (my response) I was not on my meds and I was not on social security until 2007 I got charged in 2006. How can I do this?:confused::confused:

    What were you convicted of? You have to consider the fact that you knew you were bi-polar, were prescribed medication for it and chose not to take it. That would be the same as a diabetic saying they're not responsible for their actions because they chose not to take their insulin.

    I know bi-polar is a difficult disease, as my mother suffers from it and refuses to admit that anything is wrong with her. The difference is that she hasn't committed any felonies.

    Bi polar is normally not a defense, so I see nothing you can do about it.
