    Breaking a rental lease
    My father died and now I have to take over his house and payments or it will forclose. I offered my landlord 2 months rent and to keep my security and she won't let me out of my lease. What can I do?

    Well your option, find a renter for the house.

    Find a renter to sub rent your apartment.

    Sell the house

    What was the probate was there any other money or property
