    Late rent, bad checks
    I have a tenent , the lease ended 6/2008, I have not renew it. He had given 2 consecutive bad checks for the rent, and he is behing with rent for 2 months. Can I post the 3 day notice ? Or I need a letter to be send out/

    Hello m:

    Every state has different procedures for evicting a tenant... You should be familiar with YOUR state... After all, they are the RULES to the landlord business... You wouldn't play poker without knowing the rules, would you??
