My daughter signed shared parenting documents under duress and now my daughter is in a situation that she doesn't want to be in. The child's father is STUPID in Ohio he, lies and tell people that my daughter is haresseing him that is a lie my daughter has moved on with her life and this idiot all ways text or calls and say demeaning things to here. SHe pays the daughters shool all alone and this dummy spends his money on himself if you ask me I believe this dummy is on the DL if you know what I mean; however he has a stupid girlfriend that had the ordesity to get on the telephone yesterday when my daughter called let the stupid dead beat dad know that she had located 3 schools for the child to attend 2009; however this idot hung up the telephone, my daughter calls back and the idoit hangs the telephone up again finally he answers and put his idiot girlfriend on the telephone and this idoit tell my daughter that she is going to record the conversation my told told her @#@#@#@#@# and she also told the lady frined of the idoit baby father that do not get to complacesive with him because he will soon start beating on you like he was beating on me for the last 7 years she responded that he has not hit her and the dead beat dad was in the background saying no he did not several times. This boy has assault charges againist him he, the daughter said that when the father and the girlfriend goes into the bedroom they leave her in the living room looking at TV, the daughter tells the mother that the dead beat dad lies on her to his friends and the daughter know It. Oh yea the dead bed dad girl friend while on the telephone said to my daughter that she was married to this dead beat she is in for a bigh surprise if she is because he is going to beat her butt and she will be stuck with a woman beater and he probably eventually hurt her bad or even kill her. However when the silly woman told my daughter that she was married to this guy my daughter said OK I will file for support since he doesn't help to support the child school payment every month and you private school is not cheap... well in the meantime my grand daughter was in school while all of the drama was going on. The child only said she likes going to her father's house because he has cable. My daughter does not she is paying most of her money for the school's education... she doesn't have have funds to get out of this situation and they said she make too much money to get attorney assistance in OHIO. Please give some advice on what she can do to get her child out of this situation with this dead beat dad, if they are married my daughter will file for child support that will teach that dead beat a lesson the dead beat always theathen Her he is such a petty shallow person. Please HELP MY DAUGHTER

Have the daughter go to Child Support Enforcement and file for proper child support from him regardless if he is married or not this is HIS child and he has a financial obligation to pay for her support. They will be more than happy to help her collect from him. Have her call up and make an appointment to go talk to them as soon as possible. It will make it easier if this guy has a regular job also for them to collect for her.
