    What do I have to do for adoption
    Well I have this daughter and her real dad is willing to give up his rights so my husband can adopt her what kind of papers and stuff do I do for that

    You call a lawyer. Adoption is too complicated of a process for someone that isn't properly trained and familiar with the process.
