Professor Moriarty - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia is an awesome, villain, in my opinion.
Citizen Chauvelin - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia from The Scarlet Pimpernel.
You could also do historical villains of history... John Wilkes Booth, Benedict Arnold, Nero, Al Capone, Stalin, Attila the Hun, Hitler, Jack the Ripper, Caligula... many... :)
