Married to US soldier. Visa is not done yet can I still go with him?
My Husband and I got married 2 years ago in South Carolina . He is in the Military and we are living in Belgium at the moment I found out 2 month ago that we PCS to New York by the end of January (we were supposed to stay till here for 3 years but now we are leaving by the end of the month!!I knew that I would have to apply for a visa but we were supposed to live in 3 years so I thought I have enough time but now there is just no way specially since they wanted original papers and we had to order some of those online ...
I tried my best and we got done alot but we already got the orders and tickets and I am not even close to having my Visa.
Can I travel on his orders since I am in it or my passport and finish the paperwork over there?Where do I go once I am in the states to get everything started.....how long would that take??I really hope somebody can help I can't even sleep anymore thinking about not being able to work or being ther illegal makes me sick....

You can't enter US without a visa even you are moving with your American husband.
Have your husband contact administrative officer at his workplace, asking for assistance on visa issue. Expedition can be made for military personnel and family members.
