    2 knobs, 1 knob leaking & a baseboard.
I have 2 knobs linked to the baseboard in my bedroom. One of them is directed from a main boiler system; as I own a condo, we do not have individual setups. The first knob when turned on enables the second knob right next to it "looks like an outside spicket" leak a little water. The water increases in temptrature rather quickly. To stop the leaking I placed a hose cover on the spicket but the pipes go cold... the first knob to access the water us still on. Do you know why the knob maybe leaking? "I guess it's more like "dripping" as I verified the water is coming from the inside of the pipe and not because it's cracked or stripped." I let the spicket drain for about 45 minutes to clear out any bubbles I heard. I'm confused why the spickets not only dripping but in order for the water to get to the baseboard coils and heat up the spicket front can't be covered. I'm at a lose, I want heat at -13, but I'd rather not have the water mess! ;) Thank you! I'm not very good at explaining this, and my terminology doesn't help much either, sorry. Any advise would be much appreciated and welcomed! :)

Something could be wrong with the return line.
Air has become trapped in the system.
The valve should not leak under any circumstances when turned off so the valve needs to be replaced.
Your part of the system needs to be looked over by a boiler specialist since your problem could be tied back to the main boiler water supply to your units heaters.
