    No hot water upstairs
Hi since two days ago I've had no hot water in my bath or sink upstairs but the hot water is running downstairs. If the pipes have frozen then surely the water being so hot running through the pipes would thaw this. The pipes mainly run under the floor boards. Can anyone help?
    Thanks
