Ok so bare with me I was on a crowded train while this guy was watching (so sue me I if I can't turn away from a flashing screen LOL). I have OCD and MUST know what movie this is since I recognize and actors or scenes... also since I watched about 40 minutes of it and want to know the ending!

- female lead was a teenage girl with long blond hair (played by one... we're not talking 90210 adults playing kids)
-no discernible male lead
-possible coming of age story
-possibly a foreign film (was watching on an ipod)
-lots of cinematic moments (i.e. see below)
-possible artsy film

Scenes: (roughly in order)

-female lead walks into a home with adults (possible parents/foster parents) in a kitchen in plain view
-on a train or bus, as she is looking out the window a little brunette holds out her hand and the sun cases a glare around her hand
-3 boys in jeans running through what looks like a french/italian town w/ 3 story buildings w/o shirts
-female lead goes to a building/institution w/ adults (possibly a support group or something like it)
-more train/bus rides
-school cafeteria where there is a few minute conversation w/o female lead. I think 3 white and black guys (all teenagers)
-focus on putting food (french fries on a plate)
-female lead with another teenager talking for a little while. She re-arranges the french fries so they are flat and stacked like a brick wall on the plate)
-3 guys walk in on either female lead or a girl w/ black hair changing.
-school hallway
-female lead in what looks like a dorm room or bedroom talking to a male teenager w/ black rimmed glasses
-female lead on the 2nd floor in building w/ glass windows, as she is walking she places her hand (possibly left hand) on the banister and she pretends that her hand is walking along the banister
