    My little girl
    :confused::confused::confused:ok my little girl is 10 months old and has only meet her father once when she was 3 months he has never really wanted to have anything do do with her! My sons father wants to take her if something is to ever happen to me! And I want to make sure her father can't come back and say he wants her! What can I do to make sure he can't take my little girl from the one she calls dad and her brother?? :confused::confused::confused:

    You cannot remove the father's rights to custody and visitation and the father is also obligated to pay support.

    You need to consult with an Attorney - perhaps the father will allow the child to be adopted by the father of your other child but that varies from State and State and the majority of States require that the adopting parties be married for over one year.
