    I hate my legs and body
    I really don't like my body I'm almost 16 and I am 7 stone my parents think I'm annorexic but I don't I also feel my legs ar'nt in proportion they make me feel really fat and ugly do you have any advise how to start liking myself or to help loose weight on my legs

    I don't have much advice on what to do, but wanted to let you know your not alone. I was very much like that when I was your age. People always said I looked anorexic and until last year I had always been 8 stone. Even after having my daughter ( I'm now 25). This last year I have been eating a lot healthier, making sure I have decnt meals and not snacking at the wrong times, and have also started exercising and kickboxing and I feel a lot more comfident with my legs as they are toning up.
    It may just be the age you are. Have you tried to tone your leg muscles rather than loose weight off them x

    I Have that sort of problem. I'm 7 and a half stone now. At my target weight. But I always feel my legs are horrible they put me down continually and I hate them. Ive been throiugh various self esteem classes and I've learnt that you have to focus on the good things about yourself and just forget the things you are less confident about. If you focus on certain things on your body you can just ignore the things you don't like. Hopee I've helpedd x
