Clean the pilot orifices to ensure full flame. Replace marginal thermocouples if so equipped. Check for down draft conditions in flue pipe. Make sure manifold pressure is proper for the unit. Check heat exchangers for cracks that can and will blow out pilots. A cracked heat exchanger can also kill you with CO. This is a very important issue to check. To do these jobs you will need special tools and the knowledge in how to use them. If you do not know this information I suggest you call for ON Site Service from a local HVAC company.
