    Kitchenaid Refrigerator
    Kitchenaid Refrigerator Model # KSCS25INSS00.

    Compressor will not turn on. Do you know what part controls the compressor and the
    Bottom fan?

    That unit looks to be controlled by a electronic panel and control board. There is also a inverter in that unit.

    The above parts are likely to be a problem. I did not see a thermister type control listed. They usually use those to send a signal to the control board about temperature. The defrost timer could also be holding the unit off.

    These parts are not cheap. I suggest you call a repair service that does kitchenaid refrigerators since they will be more familiar with this unit. These parts should be tested or a trouble shoot diagram should be used before any parts are replaced since they cost quite a bit. I have no other info to offer.
