    Lvnv Funding/Mary Jane Elliott
I am being sued by Mary Jane Elliott (Lvnv funding) for a credit card I never had. I asked several times for validation of debt. They laughed and have never sent me anything. Except... a summons and complaint. I denied every single thing and now I have to go to court for a pretrial hearing. Now what? Will they have to bring proof of debt to this hearing? Should I hire an attorney? This is absolutely ridiculous. I really need some advice!
