    My lincoln 225 gas welder 16hp single cylinder
    How do I disconnect the motor form the generator. Is there some type of method of doing this, If someone know please email me with the answers @ [email protected]:):)

    Hi,
    Specialized tools required. The unit has the equivalent of a generator in it with all the associated circuitry. It must be opened up, have the endcap removed. The retaining bolt remove for the rotor and then a slide-hammer with the proper end must be used to remove the rotor. The rotor is mounted on a tapered crankshaft, which requires the slide-hammer.
