    Open netural?
I have an electrical outlet that blew and caused a chain reaction across three outlets, without tripping the breaker. I have replaced all three outlets, but the diagnosis plug says that all three outlets read open neutral. Please advise. I have turned off the breaker until I can get the problem resolved.

Well you have your answer you just need to find it. Something upstream of the receptacles you replaced has an open neutral. Could even be in the panel.
