    Pull switch trouble
    I have a hamilton bay fan/light the pull switch fell apart so I bought another one but don't know where the wires go I have a black, purple, orange and yellow wire and have l 1 2 3 on the back of the switch

    You can try

    L - Orange, 1 - Black, 2 - Yellow, 3 - Purple
