    We constantly fight!
My mother and I constantly fight.
She annoys me, and I probably annoy her. She is constantly annoying me about my ACT (which I KNOW is for a good cause but I don't see the point in studying when I studied all summer and I'm not taking the next test until next spring). This is only one example and I don't feel like getting into the others.. But the point is, her and I fighting is ridiculous. I feel like I have absolutely not respect for my mother. I want this to stop.

    Any advice?

Believe me I know exactly what you mean, basically she is just looking out for you and wants you to get the best score that you can possibly get. I have 10 month old twins and I live with my parents for the time being because I am a single mom and my mother drives me bananas. I have to deal with it and tolerate it though because I am under my parents roof and they are taking care of me and my children. So you somewhat have to look at it like that as well, if you just do what she tells you to do and don't argue it you guys will have a better relationship. Also try sitting down and having a conversation with her and tell her how you feel.

Real easy, do what she says, and behave as you should and all the fighting stops.

This happens to me and my mom too. Not just with my mom though, with lots of others too! I get so mad thinking of all the bad things they said about me or to me, but I try to put myself in their position. You know like thinking how would I feel if I were in their place, or if I was that person! ;)
