How do I evict my sister in-law
On the 18th of November my sister inlaw attacked me in my home, her and my brother have been living here for 7 months for free. Just last month I had a person that was renting my double wide trailer and they finally moved out. Then I let my brother and his wife live their, all they had to do was pay their own electric. After she attacked me I told her I wanted her to move off my place, they just act like they don't even care or hear me. What can I do to evict her.

Did you file a police report ? Did you have her arrested for attacking you ?

But if they are renting, and not living in your home, you give them a written 30 day notice, and if they don't move you file a eviction notice in court
