    Toilet in basement
    A Realator visiting Our House ,Noticed In Our Basement,A Circlular Roughed In Area, On The Basement Floor. He Said This Is Were A Toilet Could Be Placed. If This Is True, Is There A pipe Under This Area? If There Is,How Do You Remove The Cement Without It Going Down The Pipe? Thanks Gary

    Sounds like you were left a toilet rough in that the cement guys have onerpoured. This is simply a skim coat and you should be able to tap aroumd and loosen it. The pipe is indeed connect to the sewer and is covered with a test cap. You ought to be able to Tap the cement off without breaking the terst cap but if you do you should be able to pick out any cement that drops through from the base of the closet bend. Good luck, Tom
