    I believe she means implantation from conceiving. Most women don't feel implantation because the ovum is smaller than a pencil dot at the time implantation occurs.

    If you are concerned go to you dr. I had implantation cramping for a few days to a week. And I lost the baby. Just go to the dr. and talk to them with any concerns you have. Do not rely on other people to tell you what you need to hear. Every woman has different pregnancies even a woman will have different signs of pregnancy with several of her own children
