    Felons & Passports
Wow... this is a cool site. I found it by accident when searching out information as to whether a convicted felon can get a passport. I am a convicted felon and have heard that we cannot get passports but I'm reading differently on this site. Am I right to assume that I will be able to go on a cruise somewhere tropical without a problem when I go to get my passport?

No need to assume. Yes, you can get a passport but the country you are visiting can deny you entry. Be on the safe side, you can contact the nearest consulate of the country you want to travel to and make sure first.
