    3rd degree grand theft
    I was just wondering what penalty can someone receive in the state of Florida for a 3rd degree grand theft of a firearm & dealing in stolen property along with cannibis under 20 grams.. thanks.

    They could be facing up to 18 months in jail. But not knowing if they had any priors or their age, can't tell you more than that. It all depends on the Judge.

    They do have priors.. conveyance of burglary and felony battery.
