    Felont degree for grand larceny
    Dear Sirs;
    My husband was arrested and charged with trafficking in stolen goods. At his arraingment, the formal charge was 'grand larceny'. My husband can qualify for a diversion program if the charge is a 3rd degree felony or lass. So I am asking what felony degree is grand larceny?

    Thank you, Lorrie Bunday

    It all depends on the amount of the theft involved. How much money are we talking here please?
