    Whey protein?
    If you're working out and u take whey protein after the workout, does it help u gain weight or lose weight?

    It all depends on what your objective is. If u want to lose weight, make sure u eat properly. Don't have a shake and then eat after an hour. What whey protein does it it feeds your muscles after a workout. It sustitutes a meal. Thereofre if you want to gain muscle workout harder have more shakes with adding hgher protein foods such as peaunut butter and banana.
