    Foods High In Protein
    My protein is abnormal I donate plasma I waited for a month went back to get my protein checked again it was abnormal again I ate every thing high in protein for that whole month does anyone have any sugestions on how to bost my protein cause I would like to donate again.:)

    Meats, eggs, beans and nuts are high in protein.

    You can also try protein powders and bars. Here are some that GNC sells :

    Foods that have casein whey, soy, egg, meat, chicken, turkey, lean meat. 4 oz beef, 2 oz steak, beef, 7 grams protein per oz. chicken, 30 grams, fish 22 grams in 3 1/2 oz, tuna 40 grams protein in 6 oz. tenderloin, 4 oz. 29 grams, ground pork 1 oz, 5 grams, eggs/bacon- 6 grams per oz, milk 8 grams, mozzerella 6 g per oz, nuts/seeds- p/butter 2 tbsp 8 grams, peanuts, 1/4 c 9 grams, cashews, 5 grams, flax, 8 grams. Most beans, black, pinto, lentils 7-10 grams per 1.2
