    The Fall of the house of Usher
    I have to write a literary analysis on Edgar Allan Poe The Fall of The House of Usher.

    I need a thesis statement, but I can not think of one.
    Please help!

    The setting is an extremely important aspect of this story. So, if you want to write a paper about the setting, here is an idea for a thesis:

    In The Fall of the House of Usher, Edgar Allan Poe utilizes the setting as a major factor in telling the story, including its use in character development, establishing an atmosphere and foreshadowing.
