    How do I give up rights to my kids
    Hi I live in FL and I am trying to find what is the best thing to do if to give up my rights to my kids or get joint custody of my kids I have no problem getting anything for my kids so I am not a dead bet dad when I try to talk to the mother she has no reasoning all she want is money for her self can any.

    You would have to go to court, but giving up your rights does not mean giving up your financial responsibility to your children. You would still have to pay child support.
