    Aggravated menacing
    Last night my son had a friend over that I found out the kid was takeing my sons meds and selling them I tolled the kid to get out of my housse not to ever come around my son and stay off my property.. Or I will contact his dad and I just wanted to make sure he stays away.. I GOT arrested and the kid the next day bragged to people on the bus he got me arrested now I have to go back to court nov 14... I don't have a criminal record at all.. What will happen to me?

    Hello shawn:

    If all you did was yell at the kid, you aren't guilty of anything, so plead not guilty. If, however, you did more than talk to him, you might be guilty. You'll need to tell us more.

    However, I would NOT talk to the cops, and I WOULD hire a good criminal lawyer.

    You don't talk to the police, don't give them a statement, don't confess to anything,

    You hire an attorney, After that if that is all you did, they will drop charges and/or find you not guility.

    I have been charged with agg menasing when a man try to rsh me and hurt me I reached for my gun neve pulled it out later cop came took me to jail will I serve time

    Please don't keep posting the same question. Once is enough.

    Nobody here can tell you if you'll serve time or not. We don't even know IF you're guilty. You haven't told us NEAR enough information to figure that out...

    So, the best advice that ANYBODY here can give you, is to hire a good lawyer. Maybe you AREN'T guilty of anything...
