    Change of custody
The child who has been living with a legal guardian is being treated badly because of a step parent and numerous times that the step parent would tell the child to leave the house but was not able to do so because the child didn't want to leave her other siblings. This time she was force to leave so she left but when she tried to call them back, they will not answer or talk to her. What can she do?

How old is this child that's been forced to leave?
Is he/she the legal age to leave the family home?

Is there any other members of the family this child can go to,to talk about what's going on??
Social service's and the police could be contacted to look into the matter

You don't really tell us much
    In what way treated badly?

She's 17 years old. The parent who has custody of her told relatives not to accept her in their house. And he told them if he ever finds out whoever accepts her, he will do something. This father is her biological father and likes to threaten her children or anybody that gets on his way. He agreed with his wife to let his daughter leave the house. The daughter can't even go back to the house to pick up her belongings especially her school ID she needed so she can continue going to school. She wants to live with her mother but don't know what to do. She's so confused and afraid. Her mother lives in another state.
