    Immediate change of custody
    Hi,
I live in Ellis County, Texas, and my daughter is in co-conservatorship with her " paternal grandparents," They were excluded from being biological in 1997 but none the less they were give the right. Now the grandmother is in prison for theft by bank employee, for 483 thousand dollars, and will be in prison until 2010. The grandfather works overnight, and the daughter, 11, stays with her aunt in another city. They are unaware that I know of this, and they are telling us that the grandmother is sick in south Texas. Please I want custody of my daughter and she needs to be with her other 4 siblings.

File a peititon for change of custody in your local Family Court. I strongly suggest getting an attorney to do it.

You will have to go to court. The esiest way is to get a lawyer and have them get the hardest work done and they will go to court with you to argue your side.
