I took french but am confusing myself with the plural and present tense.

    Soooo someone french help. :)

I want a tattoo that says either, " My mother's Love"

Or... " Mother I love you"

I think that would be Ma mere, je taime.. or something?

Unless you are french or at least speak it, it's never a good idea (IN MY OPINION) to get a tattoo of that language. Why not have mother's love in English?

I agree with chihuahua on this... yes, french looks sexy, but... if you ever meet someone from France, and you don't actually speak this language, it just looks silly.

Good example: a Caucasian friend of mine got a tattoo in chinese that is SUPPOSED to mean "humble"...

I speak Korean, Chinese, English, and Spanish... and his tattoo meant "Shy"...

    Oops.

I think a good example, yes, but I think you should include what the other tattoo of his says. LOL.

Even angelina jolie's tattoo was once criticized. Im just not sure what's the meaning of her tattoo.

I have a friend who in fact got her name tattooed on her in french, it a HUGE tattoo. Going from just under her ribcage on her side down her thigh. She can't even pronounce it. I don't recommend it. Get something that is more meaningful to you.

17% of people who get tattoos regret them. And I can't imagine the reasons, but I'm sure this is a part of it.

He got one that was meant to say, "courage" when it meant, "outgoing"...

... so he now has "outgoing" and "shy" on his body.

    Quite the bipolar mess.
