    What is the process to relinguish parental rights in North Carolina and if child support will still be taken out after the process is complete...

    First, read some of the other hundreds of threads and you will learn that TPRs are not granted to get out of child support. It is only if there is a step parent wanting to adopt or if the parent is a danger to the child. What are you trying to accomplish with at tpr? Maybe we can help you figure something else out.
