    Giving up parental rights
    How do I relinquish my parental rights of my 14 year old daughter to the state of Florida due to her being ungovernable; without being charged with neglect or abandonment?

    It would be best to hire an attorney and try to work out the details. You would contact CPS get her declared a deliquent and have her custody turned over to the state. You may be liable for some support payments for her care.
