Having kids with a boy is not the same as being in an adult relationship with a man. Guys are what they DO, not what they say.
His responses you to border on mean, but they are mostly irrelevant. Forget the kids, for a moment, you always go by what a guy DOES. Does this boy act like a man, a father, a future husband in training... any of that?
I doubt it. You had kids with a boy, he's still a boy. He's decided NOT to skip the fun most 20 years olds get to go through. A MAN would notice he has kids and should have a wife by now... he hasn't. He's still leading his own life.
MEN lead the family life, you need a man. You'll never get one while the boy is in the way. I'm sorry this is the father of your children, but it is. He's a permanent problem in that respect.
Meanwhile, you can start the process for having it all... but it starts with a clean slate. He can be the kids dad, but he can't be your husband, you need a man. Walk away.
