    Whirlpool ultimate care II won't spin
    This machine is about 6 yrs old. Every other cycle seems to work fine, other than the spin. Clothes are still soaking wet but no water is in the drum, and making a grinding sound when it is trying to spin.

    Check the coupler located between the motor and transmission.
