    Hampton Bay Altura 68" fan hums, doesn't move
    New HB Altura fan installed w/ remote.

    All switches on, press fan speeds get slight movement then nothing. Humms when "hi" is pressed, get a click when reverse is pressed...

    Any insights? Thanks all in advance
