    ALTURA 68" ceiling fan
    Hey, My name is rya and I recently installed a new ceiling fan and I cannot get it to go into reverse, I tried everything, any help would be appreciated. It is a Hampton Bay- 68" Altura ceiling fan from home depot, and the SKU# is 904-384
