She was admitted and we were investigated and the police case closed.
Two questions:
(1) Can the teachers be re-charged with anything? The case is clsoed and there will be no new evidence because we all told the truth and we were not found to be negligent, only the Childrens Aid was not happy we walked back instead of calling 911.
(2) Who is at fault here?
Are you talking about a criminal charge (the Police) or a civil case (lawsuit)?
I just investigated one of these yesterday - and the lawsuit is based on lack of supervision. Too few "teachers," too many kids.
