    Wages and Garnishment
    What are the rules relating to garnishing wages in Florida.I know that more than 25% of 'disposable income' cannot be garnished .However do the courts also take into consideration our expenses.Right now I cannot even pay my regular expenses!

    Nope, Only income is considered.

    I am told that we can appeal to the courts and file a Claim of exemptions form.
    Is there anyone out there whose salary has been garnished recently and wish to share their experiences?
    I have unsecured debts only,namely credit cards.
