I haven't seen them listed as dangerous
So far these are the ones I know of

Pit Bulls, Alaskan Malamutes, Rottweilers, Akitas, Presa Canario, Mastiff, Chow Chows, American Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Boxers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids

It may very well be, depending on where you live. It is classified as one of the bully breeds, which have a long history of being used in blood sports. So, if there has been an attack by that breed in the area, it may be classed as dangerous breed in that town, but not in the town next door.

And I am assuming that you mean the English bulldog, not the Olde English Bulldog.

Like it is listed by Nohelp4u they are not in the top 10 most dangerous breeds. Any dog could be dangerous no matter what the breed. However if you take a look at the top 10 most dangerous you will notice that they are powerful dogs, and they can do more damage and inflict more pain because of that.
Where I live there is only one breed banned and that's the pitbull. But other dogs are discriminated against like rottweillers, german shepherds and even huskies. Dogs that were once looked at as loving, loyal and all around great breeds are being banned and looked at as monsters. And all this because a few bad owners.
I myself have had people look at my dog as being vicious or aggressive because of his breed(husky). In fact just the other day I took my dog for a walk and my cousin took hers and we walked in town(where my dog is not used to because we live in the country) and people were reaching to pet her dog and her dog would growl at them, while my pup sat there with disapointement written all over his face because they just walked passed him, reaching out to pet the other dog which is a corgi mix.

Sorry about the long answer but it ticks me off how some people discriminate against certain breeds, wouldn't that be the same as racism?

Not to my knowledge as a veterinarian, but I agree with several of the other posts that individual towns/counties may have their own policies on this issue.
