    1989 honda civic no spark
I am looking at purchasing a 1989 honda civic sedan with a 1.5 engine, the car was last run in the fall of 2007, car has sat outside during the winter(western ,ny). The battery is dead so I placed jumper cables to try and start. Car turns over fine but will fire, I checked for fuel pressere and that's good cleaned trottle boby and ingecters, so I finally checked for spark at the cylinder head, none there. I checked the distributer cap and no spark. I did this with a inline spark tester. I can buy this car cheap but don't want to put a lot of money into it. Any help would be appreiated. Thank you.

. Test all under-dash and under-hood fuses with a test light or multimeter.

    . Replace ICM and coil:
