In the State of Missouri the age of consent is 17 f/m. Many have the misconception that once the AOC (age of consent) is reached that there is no laws forbidden sexual activities. Not true. As the parent of the minor you have many avenues, including putting a RO (restraining order) against him, forcing him to stay away. I believe a judge would only grant a RO if you can show cause and have evidence that he has endangered her, your family or abused her. Your situation is not an easy one. I would be firm to family rules yet maintaing an open line of communication.
